1. Watermelon

Watermelon is a refreshing fruit with 92 percent of water content. A cup of watermelon contains the goodness of Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Potassium, Magnesium, Vitamin B1, B5, and B6.  With such nutrients, it helps in treating cancer and is good for hair and skin too. It also helps in controlling weight.


2. Mango

This scrumptious, pulpy and amazing yellow fruit is known as the king of fruit. Mangoes are known to be the most popular fruit across the world. Dietary fiber in the fruit helps in lowering the risk of heart diseases, and diabetes. Including mangoes in your diet also helps in improving vision, overall eye health and skin cells. 3. Grapes

4. Orange

Orange is a fruit with a notable list of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that are healthy for growth and development.
