Take Prenatal Vitamins
Within the first month of pregnancy, your baby’s neural cord is formed. This later becomes the brain and spinal cord. So when you conceive it is essential to take prenatal vitamins like folic acid, calcium, and iron.
Exercising during pregnancy helps you reduce stress, weight management, blood circulation, and mood enhancement. Practice this at least 15-20 minutes every day at a moderate pace. Yoga, swimming, and walking are also effective during pregnancy. Also, don’t overdo it and keep the pace according to your body.
Educate yourself during pregnancy is a healthy habit. Learn about your childbirth, infant care, and other things. This will keep your mind and body happy and relaxing.
Track Your Weight

When you are pregnant, you have multiple food cravings which can occur anytime. There is no reason to why such cravings happen, but some experts say this is nature’s way of providing nutrients to the mother. But what matters is to limit these portions. You can even have organic food, herbal tea, and fruits.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, contact your doctor in these cases:
