As women, we should know how to respect ourselves and to care for our bodies. 1. PRACTICE SELF-EXAMINATION

2. MOISTURIZE THEM
The skin around your breast is thin and sensitive so moisturize your breasts with a lotion to avoid dryness. Also, try wearing clothes that are 100 percent cotton as they have a tendency to absorb sweat.
3. MAINTAIN A HEALTHY DIET
A well-balanced diet contains proteins, healthy fats, and nutrients such as nuts, eggs, milk, vegetables and so on. It is essential to include them in your diet to keep your boobs happy. According to studies, it is said that with regular exercise and intake of a healthy diet the overall risk of breast cancer is reduced by 10-30 percent.
4. TAKE SUPPLEMENTS
Take supplements that are rich in Antioxidants and Vitamin C, E, B, and D. They help the cells in your breast to fight cellular inflammation which can reduce the risk of breast cancer.
5. AVOID ALCOHOL
According to studies, women who had more than three drinks a day had 1.5 times more risk of developing breast cancer than nondrinkers. So, drink less alcohol for a happy living.
