Planet Earth has nearly 40,000 species of flowers and spring is the season to bloom them in your space. They not only enhance the beauty of your home but bring serenity too! Consider one of these flowers to bloom this spring season

1. Peonies

When its springtime, peonies in one such flower that blooms. These flowers care usually used in floral arrangements and weddings. Plant peonies in pink and pastel tones! Peonies should be grown in deep, fertile and moist soil.


2. Rose

Although roses are striking year-round but spring brings some startling colors like pink, yellow and white.  Add them to your space to augment the beauty of the area. Plant them in a sunny location with good drainage and fertilize them regularly for vivid bright colorful buds.


3. Sweet Pea

Sweet Pea is elegant and graceful when added to the home garden. Going back to 300 years they had weak stems but the hybrid ones are stronger and have larger blooms. Sweet peas are planted in sunlight with their roots in deep in cool and moist soil. Choose a well drained alkaline soil to plant it.

4. Tulips

Tulip flowers are cup-shaped with three petals and three sepals with a height of 6 inches to 2 feet. Plant them in a soil that is well-drained as some of them have an aversion to excessive moisture.


5. Gerbera Daisy

Gerbera daisies originate from South Africa which is known for their bright and cheerful daisy-like flowers. They can be found in pink, yellow, salmon, orange and white colors with size ranging from 2 to 5 inches. Plant it in a position that has full sun and sandy soil to encourage good flower growth.

6. Lilac

Lilac is a flower that has a sweet and haunting fragrance. They are easy to grow with low maintenance and can grow from 5-15 feet tall. Lilacs grow in fertile, humus-rich and well-drained soil. They also need full sun for at least 6 hours. If they do not get enough sunlight, they will not bloom properly!
