Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Down For Many Users
The last time when Facebook suffered almost the same outrage was in 2008 when the site had 150 million users compared to 2.3 billion monthly users today. Due to this, two messaging applications and image-sharing site Instagram were all affected. And now it’s back again with the same! Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp appear to be down for some users on 13th March. Although we can open the applications what’s bothering was the issue with sending messages on messenger, posting to the feed, and accessing other features on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
Initially, WhatsApp appeared to be fine to many users but few users in Paraguay, India, Bangladesh, Argentina, and many more faced problem in sending messages. According to the DownDetector, Brazil users were experiencing the most severe problems.
In response to this, about an hour ago, Facebook tweeted on twitter saying that they are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

It was not only the problem with Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp but the similar problems were noted on other application also. Applications like Tinder and Spotify weren’t working either. The error popped in saying this feature isn’t available right now. With Spotify, it appeared as if your login is invalid even after you are already signed in. Also, when you try to sign out, you’ll be unable to get back in.
Some users expressed their panic and distress to the same situation on the social networking websites wherein the most trending hashtags were #FacebookDown and #InstagramDown.
